Detached house with solicitor´s office

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a new-building of a detached house with a solicitor’s office in Obora near Boskovice. The objects are separated from each other and each of them makes a separate unit. The building is located in the suburb of Obora in slightly sloping terrain. The “T” shaped house is designed for a four membered family with a comfort dispositive organization. The house is ground floor, partly with a cellar, roofed by a saddle roof with a traditional wooden trussing. The organization and size of the windows in both objects are designed in order to have a view to the countryside. The solicitor’s office is a ground floor object roofed by flat roof. It consists three offices, one meeting room and sanitary facilities. The structural system of both objects is longitudinal, wall. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the detached house are monolithic, ferroconcrete and in the solicitor’s office they are half-prefabricated, ceramics-concrete. The project was made in AutoCad software application, 3D model in 3D modelling computer program SketchUp.
House in Horní Věstonice

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is elaborating specific parts of project documents for building detached house in Horní Věstonice. The thesis focuses on a deck object with a flat roof, more specifically with an extensive green roof. The construction system is from cut ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling construction is from monolithic ferroconcrete structures. In the first ground floor is situated quiet zone, where we can for instance find a bedroom, 2 children’s rooms, 2 separated bathrooms with WC, spacious hallway and a staircase, which is leading to underground floor. This floor is mainly cosidered as a lounge. There is open space with conjoined kitchen and also there is office room. The position of detached house give us a view to nearby reservoir.
Detached House with Business Premises

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation of a detached house with business premises. The object is located in a village of Vysoký Újezd near Beroun, in the south part of the village, where they are planning a new development of detached houses. The building is divided into the detached house for four to six members of a family and on the business premises. The business premises is designed as dental surgery for one dentist and one nurse. The owner of the house is dentist at the same time. The detached house is with partial basement, it has two above-ground floors and its roofed with pitched roof made of concrete roof tiles. The business premises is roofed with flat roof. The first half of the flat roof will be used as a terrace and the second half will be done as a green roof. The business premises has one above-ground floor. The structural system of a building is made of clay blocks and the Porotherm MIAKO system is used for horizontall construction. The part of a desing documentation is fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.
Hotel Zubří

The main subject of my diploma thesis is creating a design documentation for the construction of a hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant and is situated in the northern outskirts of Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is located on a slightly sloping terrain with small green vegetation. The hotel is three-story with partial basement. It is roofed with a pitched roof. The hotel meets the requirements of comfort star (***) in hotel rating. The accommodation capacity is 58 people placed into 13 rooms. Two rooms are designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The rooms are located on the first and second floor. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with reception and toilets for the guests from the restaurant. In the south-western part of the hotel are located staff facilities such as a kitchen facility or a place of supply. The north-western part of the building is designed for the management and support areas. The building is designed to respect local regulations and construction principles. With its architectural design, the building completely fits into the surrounding landscape and does not disturb its character in any way.
Municipal authority with nursery school

The subject of my diploma thesis is a new-building of a municipal authority with a nursery school in Obora near Boskovice. The objects are statically and operationally separated from each other, but they formo ne unit. The building is located on the corner of the village in a flat terrain and thus forms the dominant feature of the village and a landmark. The target of the design was to create a building that will harmoniously connect to the surrounding buildings, public spaces and the school garden. The municipal authority has a rectangular floor plan, two-storey, basement, covered with a sloping roof, the building has a designed elevator. In the basement there are cellars of local associations, on the ground floor there is information center, a municipal library and on the first floor there is a municipal office with a registry office and a ceremonial hall. The attic can be used in the future for municipal apartments for rent. An official board with a public space is designed ahead of the municipal office. A photovoltaic power plant will be located on the roof of the municipal office. The nursery school has a trapezoidal floor plan, ground floor, no basement, covered with a vegetated flat roof. In the nursery school there is a children's day room with a storage room, storage of mattresses, teaching aids, food preparation, technical and hygienic facilities. The structural systém of both objects is longitudinal, wall. The underground part of the municipal office is designed in a white concrete tub system. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the municipal office are monolithic, ferroconcrete, and in the nursery school they are prefabricated, ferroconcrete.
